Known for their nail care products, Dashing Diva will be launching in Target and on Target.com on February 1, 2020. The brand will retail their best-selling Gloss Ultra Shine Gel Strips in a planogram featuring 8 of Dashing Diva’s best-selling styles, including Feeling Flush and Rose Sparkle.
“While Dashing Diva started as a salon franchise business and evolved into professional salon distribution, we’ve always felt our place was in consumer retail. We tested the waters with DashingDiva.com in 2015 with just two product lines, Magic Press press-on nails and Gloss Gel Strips,” said Margaret Pak, executive vice president of Sales and Marketing at Dashing Diva.
“Our belief is that manicured nails make a fashion statement as much as it is part of a beauty regimen. We wanted to approach our e-commerce as a platform to showcase ‘of the moment’ nail trends while allowing consumers to shop unique, limited edition designs that can be here today and gone tomorrow. This point of difference has set us apart from other competing brands in the artificial nail category by allowing us to build anticipation for new launches and deliver salon looks for less right to the consumers’ doors,” added Pak.
Currently the brand is sold in Sally Beauty, Walgreens, Walmart and Ulta Beauty. With continued expansion into retail distribution, Dashing Diva anticipates sales to reach over $30 million within three years.
