IMCD hired Tony Jaillot as group business director, personal care. In his role, Jaillot leads the global IMCD personal care business group in establishing and driving the business strategy toward new growth markets in speciality ingredients distribution, and exploring new partnerships and business models, while transforming IMCD personal care toward even more performance and customer orientation, according to the company.
He will be based at the IMCD offices in Paris and will be reporting to IMCD’s CEO Piet van der Slikke.

"We are confident that his extensive experience within the personal care industry will help us further develop, innovate and expand the business.’’
Jaillot is French and brings about 25 years of international/global business, strategy and management experience in the beauty industry. He started his career working for IMCD France and was, until recently, the general manager for Cargill Beauty. He gained in-depth industry knowledge working for various cosmetic ingredients companies, such as BASF in the US and Europe in a variety of roles, including sales director North America Beauty Solutions and marketing director skin care. Jaillot holds a BSc degree in chemistry and a masters in cosmetics topped up with a global executive MBA from the business school INSEAD.
