The Green Chemistry and Commerce Council (GC3) has carefully monitored the emergence of COVID-19 virus in recent weeks, along with the related government policy decisions in various European countries as well as the increasing number of company travel bans. Given the combination of emerging trends and following conversations with GC3 hosts, speakers and other experts, they believe the responsible decision is to postpone their European Innovators Roundtable, which was originally scheduled in Amsterdam on April 15-16.
Registrations will be refunded and GC3 will be in touch about rescheduling meeting plans for later in the year. GC3 would like to thank their co-hosts AkzoNobel and Kingfisher for their support and flexibility in the face of these circumstances. And, GC3 truly appreciated the enthusiasm and support that was evident in the speakers who agreed to participate, as well as the number of registrants who had signed up. GC3 is very disappointed to have to make this decision, but feel it is the right one, given the escalating concerns about widespread transmission of COVID-19 and the business and travel disruptions it is causing.
Please contact GC3 at gc3info@greenchemistryandcommerce.org if you have any questions or concerns.
