Amid the pandemic, businesses are pivoting to meet the shifting demands of the consumer. From virtual presentations to live streaming experiences, brands are quickly changing gears to stay connected with their consumers.
One skincare company, Skinbetter Science, has historically limited distribution of products to brick-and-mortar practices to protect the practice-patient relationship. But like many other brands during this time, the company is adapting to meet the needs of consumers who are stuck at home, with no access to the physician-dispensed skin care they love or that is being recommended during tele-medicine consultations.
Today, Skinbetter Science officially launched an online store, Practice Connect Purchase Portal, to give patients more flexible access to products. In keeping true to its core values, patients can now access the portal on skinbetter.com and purchase products by selecting an Authorized Physician Partner.
Skinbetter wants to be there for its physician partners and their patients, and are pivoting their sales model to meet those changing needs.
