Most recently, Simpson served as the head of U.S. eCommerce at Johnson & Johnson where he led strategy & activation to drive eCommerce to be the fastest growing channel within J&J U.S. Consumer, including leading Customer Development on Amazon. Prior to that role, he led U.S. Customer Strategy at Johnson & Johnson for well-known beauty and personal care brands, including Aveeno, RoC, Lubriderm, Johnson’s Baby, Listerine, Neosporin, and Band-Aid Brand after having led Customer Development across top customers (Walmart, CVS, & Dollar General).
