The coronavirus pandemic has forced the Household and Commercial Products Association to reconsider how to host its 2020 Annual Meeting. After productive conversations with the HCPA staff and board of directors, as well as considering guidance from public health officials and feedback from a member survey, the Association decided to make the 2020 Annual Meeting a virtual event from Monday, December 7 through Friday, December 12.
"While we are disappointed that we will not be able to meet in-person this year, we are confident this is the right choice considering the uncertainties surrounding COVID-19," said HCPA in a statement. "While the schedule is still evolving, staff is working vigorously to incorporate feedback from the virtual Mid-Year Meeting, including minimal overlap between meetings and ensuring that sessions are an appropriate length of time to keep attendees’ attention."
Cassy LaRussa, SVP-meetings & strategic development, will circulate a schedule and registration information once it has been finalized.
