Great Lengths USA has appointed Dawn Miyazaki-Jovel as its new senior director of business development.
A seasoned, ambitious business executive with a 20-year record of achievement developing and directing strategic sales initiatives, Miyazaki-Jovel brings to Great Lengths an extensive background and knowledge in the beauty industry. Throughout her career, she has worked with a number of brands including Kerastase, Shu Uemura Art of Hair, Redken and Pureology, to name a few, driving top line sales performance and leading multiple strategic education initiatives.
"Extensions are a large part of the look good, feel good movement that most people are yearning for right now," said Miyazaki-Jovel. "While salon visits begin to become more and more normalized again, more stylists throughout the US must be equipped to offer their clientele the best in real hair extensions and I look forward to helping spearheading continued growth for the brand.”
In this role, Miyazaki-Jovel will be primarily responsible for implementing and executing a sales development strategy to grow the Great Lengths USA business. Another area of focus will be developing plans to enhance Great Lengths’ education platform and award-winning customer service experience.

Miyazaki-Jovel will be permanently based in Los Angeles, CA, but will have an extensive travel schedule, once travel restrictions are lifted due to COVID-19.
