Amazing Lash Studio (part of WellBiz Brands Inc.) has promoted Stephanie Hu to chief executive officer of the company.
Having joined WellBiz Brands Inc. in late 2019 as the CEO for Fitness Together Franchise LLC, Hu will maintain this role while now helming the Amazing Lash Studio brand. Hu will oversee Amazing Lash Studio’s new Amazing Brow services launch, as well as the Raise Some Brows product collection, along with the brand’s 240 studios across 25 states.
“I wanted to work for a company that had a strong female leader and now, I get to carry on the legacy of one. I wholeheartedly believe in empowering women, especially to set an example for my two daughters,” said Hu.
Hu brings over 20 years of consumer products and health experience, recently serving as the president of Life Time Sport. In this role, she launched the brand’s first stand-alone location and created the marketing, brand and operations strategy. She previously led the marketing team at General Mills Inc. Hu received her MBA from Harvard Business School and is on the advisory board for Her Next Play, a nonprofit developing the next generation of women leaders through sports.
