HatchBeauty Brands has purchased the beauty brand portfolio of Duncan Enterprises, including Lique, Tattoo Junkie, Remi Rose and BE Beauty Essentials. The acquisition will strengthen its position as an authority on trend democratization within the beauty and wellness landscape, said HatchBeauty, which is based on Los Angeles.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1944, Duncan Enterprises and its Duncan Cosmetics brands serve Gen X, Millennial and Gen Z consumers with a range of products. The brands currently retail at Target, Kohls, Urban Outfitters and Dollar Tree.
