    Sally Hansen has linked up with a candy that has a cult following. The nail care brand has a new collection of polishes with Mentos, an 80-plus year old mint brand that can be found in more than 150 countries.
     
    “Sally Hansen Insta-Dri x Mentos pairs two iconic brands in an irresistibly sweet collaboration,” said Celia Tombalakian, VP, global marketing for Sally Hansen. “Together, we’ve brought the fun, freshness, and fruitiness to the nail polish category - just in time for Spring.” 
     
    The Sally Hansen Insta-Dri x Mentos limited edition “sweet treats for Spring” collection is  a mix of brights and pastels in glitter, crème, and pearl finishes. There are eight shades with color-matched caps, including The Freshmaker, a bright white flecked with blue glitter.
     
    Additional shades include: 
    ●  Confection Perfection: A dream crème in punchy pink. 
    ●  You’re The Zest: A light and luscious, lemony crème. 
    ●  Orange You A Peach: A peachy slice of pastel crème.
    ●  Fuchsia Fizz: A pearl pink that nods to Mentos metallic wrappers. 
    ●  Cutie Fruitie: A mix of fruity glitter that’s like a party in a bottle. 
    ●  Peppermint Dandy: A sky’s-the-limit blue crème. 
    ●  Mint To Be: An apple green crème with a touch of tartness. 
     
    Christine Cool, area licensing manager of Perfetti Van Melle, the maker of the mint candy, says the company has been “wowed by the way Coty has captured the spirit of the Mentos brand," which has been on the market for 88 years.
     
    The Sally Hansen Insta-Dri x Mentos collection will be $4.99 at drugstores nationwide.
