With the holidays around the corner and supply chains more strained than usual, getting that great gift delivered in time to give to that special someone is harder than ever. Making it easier to gift and give, The Body Shop has announced a number of ways they're making it easier this season to grab a gift for everybody and budget.
This past month, The Body Shop announced a new partnership with Instacart to offer customers same-day, door-to-door delivery from 165 The Body Shop retail locations in the US and Canada available on the Instacart marketplace. Now, customers can order The Body Shop's wide assortment of body and skincare products, hair care, accessories, and gifts for delivery right to their door in as fast as one hour.
In addition to shopping online, in-store, and through Instacart, The Body Shop products and gift sets are also available through:
"This launch marks a larger business effort to make the shopping experience easier and faster than ever before, and we're thrilled to expand our partners just before the busy holiday shopping season," said Aliza Perruzzi, AVP, Marketing, The Body Shop. "Consumer buying behavior has shifted significantly in the past year, largely due to COVID-19, and working with services like Instacart and Uber allows us to service our customers in the way they want to shop with us and support their accessibility."
The Natura-owned company is also expanding into sustainability with goals to become vegan by 2023.

Uber Cornershop, the same-day app-based delivery service, is available for The Body Shop customers in New York, Orlando, Austin, Houston, Dallas and Dallas-suburb Frisco.

Click and Collect, introduced by The Body Shop in 2020, allows customers to buy online and pick up in-store and is available in 192 The Body Shop retail locations in North America, 79 in the US.
- Contactless delivery is also available for The Body Shop customers with Instacart's "leave at my door" delivery option and Uber Cornershop's "no-contact experience" option.
