SeneGence CEO & Founder Joni Rogers-Kante, and the brand’s Chief Strategy Officer Ben Kante hosted the SeneStar 2022 conference on June 22-27 at the Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and on June 24-29 at Sandals Resort in Turks & Caicos.
SeneGence distributors who earned the trip were invited along with their families to attend the annual incentive event to celebrate distributors’ success in meeting specific business goals throughout the year.
SeneStar achievers had the opportunity to participate in special resort activities, along with one-on-one meetups with Rogers-Kante and optional business trainings. SeneGence treated the achievers and their guests to excursions, meals and receptions throughout the event, plus private dinners and gifts. SeneGence boasted over 400 attendees between both events.
Continuing their philanthropic efforts, Kendra C. McColloch, executive director, The Make Sense Foundation (MSF), created a charity component during both events. In Turks and Caicos, MSF partnered with The Sandals Foundation and asked Distributors to bring a children’s book or new toy to help the organization stock up their libraries and continue their missions. In Mexico, MSF partnered with Manos de Amor Children’s Shelter – a nonprofit organization founded in 2004 whose main mission is to contribute to improving the quality of life of the child population in the Banderas Bay region – and asked distributors to bring items from the organizations wish list to continue to help the children in their community. Proceeds from raffle ticket sales, along with any one-time donations received from achievers for each location, will be wired to both charities.
