ELF Beauty appointed Laurie Lam as chief brand officer. Lam had been with L'Oréal. In her new role, Lam replaces Gayitri Budhraja, who is pursuing a career in wellness.
Firmenich appointed Dr. Eric Frérot, as distinguished scientist, a recognition that was introduced by the company in 2008 to recognize those making breakthroughs in research and development and innovation. Frérot joined the company in 1994.
IFF appointed Deborah Borg as executive vice president, chief human resources and diversity and inclusion officer. Prior to joining IFF, Borg was chief human resources and communications officer at Bunge Ltd., an agribusiness and food production company.
Tom Ford Beauty promoted Dexter King to senior vice president, global marketing and strategy. Prior to this appointment, King was as senior vice president and general manager of international and global strategy.
