It contains surfactant consisting of anionic surfactant and non-ionic surfactant; fatty acid; organic solvent; a salt of a divalent cation; water; a salt of a monovalent metal cation; and a co-surfactant that differs from the non-ionic surfactant and is selected from the group consisting of aliphatic C6-C14 alcohols, aromatic C6-C14 alcohols, aliphatic C6-C12 dialcohols, monoglycerides of C12-C18 fatty acids, monoglycerol ethers of C8-C18 fatty alcohols, and mixtures thereof. The preparation has a turbidity above 60 NTU and is free from enzymes.
