Procedure | |
Heat phase A to 75°C with mixing. In a separate vessel, combine phase B. Disperse phase C into phase B at room temperature. Adjust pH to 6.5 with phase D. Gently mix phase A (at 75°C) into phase BCD (at room temperature) using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g., Silverson, Ultra-Turrax). Homogenize for a few minutes, then cool to 40°C. Add phase E ingredients in order under gentle mixing. | |
