Job Summary:
The Customer Service Administrator interacts directly with customers by the phone or in person, helping them with their purchase orders, tracking their status and ensure their highest level of satisfactions by responding quickly and effectively to their needs. This person will also support the sales team with whatever they need to perform their tasks effectively and deliver the best to customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Dealing directly with the customers either through telephone, electronically or even face-to-face if required.
- Forecast/Planning Consolidation
- Build relationships with buyers and key purchasing contacts
- Responding promptly to the customer inquiries in order to resolving them
- Handling and resolving the customer complaints for the benefit of the organization
- Obtaining and evaluating all appropriate information needed for handling the inquiries and complaints with regard to the products and services.
- Performing the customer verifications and processing orders, applications, forms and requests
- Directing the requests and solving the unresolved issues to the customer accounts.
- Keeping customer interaction and transaction records and also recording the queries, comments and complaints
- Recording details of the actions taken and managing the administration
- Communicating and coordinating with the several internal departments
- Interacting with the customers, processing information and providing them with the required data for best results.
- Ability to deliver superior customer service and maintain regular contact with all customers.
- Effective listening and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem solving and solid analytical ability
- Accuracy focused and strong attention to detail
- Excellent follow up skills
- Ability to address customers needs with diplomacy, tact and professional demeanor

- 4+ years experience working in similar position
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel.
- Fluent English and Portuguese language would be a plus
