Jennifer Donahue to present on November 1 in the Innotech-Connect Zone.
Croda is one of the companies accepted to speak at the 29th IFSCC Innotech-Connect Zone on November 1, 2016. Jennifer Donahue, field marketing manager, Croda North America will discuss how corporate, government and public demands for sustainability are driving markets towards increased: transparency in supply chains, sustainable and renewable raw material sourcing and efficiency of ingredients in use. She will discuss the need for high performance, fully renewable nonionic surfactants and Croda’s investment in building the first plant of its kind in North America that will lead to the widest range of 100% renewable alkoxylates using EO derived from bio-ethanol with performance identical to petro-based options.
For its constant investment in sustainability, Croda has just been awarded the runner-up prize for Sustainability Leadership at the recent Sustainable Beauty Awards, organized by Organic Monitor. This award comes shortly after Croda was also placed in the top 1% of all companies assessed by EcoVadis, a sustainability assessment platform, achieving Gold Status for the last three consecutive years. EcoVadis’ scoring methodology, which rates more than 20,000 companies, looks at environmental, labour, fair business and sustainable procurement practices.
