The acquisition of Interpolymer Corporation (booth 1018), a global technology leader in custom-made specialty polymers by Zschimmer & Schwarz continues to invest in its development. Both R&D laboratory locations, Canton, MA and Louisville, KY, have been upgraded to produce its new technologies.
Interpolymer launched Syntran 5610 designed for an effective removal of water-based nail polish systems. This material effortlessly applies as a base coat with a short drying time and a long lasting effect while it permits an easy way of removal. The Syntran 5762 and the Syntran 5710 are two other film forming materials that are not preserved with any ingredient listed on Annex V of the EU 1223/2009 and do not contain sulfates. They provide long-lasting benefits, flexibility, water resistance, gloss, adhesion on keratin based substrates, and control the drying time in makeup formulas. The selection of formulations and the performances are demonstrated at booth 1018 during Suppliers’ Day.
