NYSCC Suppliers' Day will be held May 3 and 4 at the Javits Center in New York City. To register, or to learn more, visit the New York Chapter of Society of Cosmetic Chemists' webpage by clicking here.
The event is free to attend, but there are fees associated with select educational programs. To view the program, click here. Conference Theaters on the show floor featuring presentations are complimentary and are available to registered attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. In total, NYSCC Suppliers' Day offers nearly 60 hours of education.
In addition, NYSCC Suppliers' Day will include a keynote session featuring Kelly Kovack, founder & CEO, BeautyMatter and Noah Rosenblatt, president, SpaceNK. The presenters will address the blurring of distribution channel markets and the shift seen during the pandemic with city dwellers moving into more rural areas where big box retailers are now servicing those consumers. Additionally, Rosenblatt and Kovack will focus on ingredients so the conversation is applicable for the entire NYSCC community: they will talk about ingredient transparency, consumer's shopping behavior vis-à-vis ingredients and controversies tied to ingredients.
Of course, NYSCC Suppliers' Day is best known for its exhibition. More than 450 exhibitors are expected to be on the show floor, promoting active and functional ingredients, testing services and contract manufacturing capabilities. To view the list of exhibitors, click here.
