Today, global beauty brand No7 has launched Unstoppable Together—a program addressing what the Institute for Women’s Policy Research (IWPR) has called one of the most pressing issues in women’s lives today: the “SHEcession.”
 
According to the Department of Labor, women are exiting the labor market at four times the rate of men. 
 
And today, women – and particularly women of color – are feeling the brunt of this recession due to systemic inequalities and stereotypes such as a women's role in society as the homemaker or the caregiver.
 
For this initiative, No7 has created new brand film (below), out now, and has planned hands-on events to help women get back to the workforce.
 
In this podcast, Anisha Raghavan, chief marketing officer, global brands Americas at Walgreens Boots Alliance, shares details about this endeavor, why it is central to No7 as a brand, and the concrete steps it is taking towards the SHEcovery—helping women re-enter the work force.
