The Society of Cosmetic Chemists 72nd Annual Meeting attracted 1,200 researchers from around the world. Attendees chose from two tracks, Advanced and NextGen, to learn more about the future of cosmetic science, creating impactful claims, cosmetic dermatology, pollution and environmental stressors and other topics. In addition, the event featured dozens of posters from leading industry suppliers and students. Tony O'Lenick, Siltech LLC, received the Maison G. deNavarre Award, the Society's highest honor. We'll have more coverage in the January issue of Happi. Next year's SCC Annual Meeting will be held December 17 & 18 at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel.
