After a year of development, in early 2013 the company introduced a new account manager training curriculum that leverages the same technology used by many online universities. According to Seth Uhrman, “In today’s market, State Industrial brings value to our customers by applying sophisticated formulas to exactly the right application. To do this, we must make continuing education a core value of the account managers and field consultants who work directly with our customers. ”
In 2012 State Industrial introduced a new Sewer Efficiency product line designed to help sewer system operators minimize grease clogs and eliminate corrosion and odors caused by hydrogen sulfide buildups using biological solutions that are environmentally preferred, bio-based and cost effective.
