Comments: Fragrances account for about 30% of sales, and cosmetics and makeup, 70%. Clarins is making moves in retail. In May, Clarins opened a pop-up store in the Marais section of Paris. It came nearly a year to the day after the opening of a flagship retail boutique and treatment spa outside Philadelphia. According to retail director Prisca Courtin-Clarins, the company has huge ambitions for its multi-year retail project which runs through 2020. The goal is to create spaces where Clarins can be completely free to express its brand and its values.
