Procedure | |
Mix phase A ingredients at 80°C with medium speed propeller stirring until dispersed. Add phase B ingredients to main vessel with propeller mixing, heat to 80°C. Heat phase C to 80°C, then add phase A under propeller mixer. Mix for 15 minutes or until the emulsification is completed. Remove from heat and add phase D to main vessel, batch will thicken slightly. When batch is below 60°C, add phase E and phase F with mixing and continue cooling. Shutdown mixing when batch reaches 32°C. | |
