Glenn Corporation: welcomed Gina Cosby to the position of market development manager for the personal care and HI&I markets. In this capacity, she will be responsible for the implementation of strategic programs to foster further market penetration in these core markets, including product portfolio diversification initiatives, and opportunity development management. In this role, she will also serve as the technical liaison between the organization and its suppliers’ R&D centers, and will be responsible for the continuous advancement of the exceptional technical capabilities of the sales force.
Cosby has extensive formulation and technical experience at both the lab and customer levels. She has worked as a product development chemist at McIntyre Group, and most recently, as senior technical service scientist at Solvay Novecare, HPC.
In other news, Michele Larry has been promoted to regulatory and quality manager for The DeWolf Companies (DeWolf Chemical, Inc. – Glenn Corporation – Tempo Canada, ULC). In this position, she is responsible for overseeing the regulatory, quality and management system programs for the entire organization. This change will further ensure full conformity with federal, state, provincial and local regulations in North America as the organization continues to grow and increase the movement of raw materials across both the US and Canadian borders.
Larry brings vast knowledge and expertise to her expanded role having spent 11 years in the regulatory department at Tempo. She will continue to be based in Oakville, Ontario and will have support staff in Canada and the US.
