Procedure | |
In main kettle, disperse Pemulen TR2 into phase A with rapid mixing. Heat phase A to 75°C. In a separate vessel, combine phase B, heat to 70°C. Add phase B to phase A and mix until a uniform smooth emulsion is formed. Start cooling batch, switch to a paddle blade and mix with slow speed. Continue cooling to 25-30°C. | |
