Procedure | |
Weigh Phase A and heat to 80-82°C. Prepare Phase B by hydrating and neutralizing polymer. Weigh Phase C in the main vessel and heat to 80-82°C. Add Phase B to C and mix. Add Phase A to the main vessel while mixing and emulsify. Maintain the temperature for 5 minutes. At 45°C, adjust pH between 5.0 and 6.0 with Phase D. Add Phase E and homogenize for 1 minute, if possible under vacuum. Mix gently until cool. | |
