Procedure | |
Prepare phase A and phase B. Heat them separately to 75-80°C. Add phase B to phase A. Homogenize for a few minutes using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g., Silverson, Ultra-Turrax). Cool to room temperature under gentle stirring. Add phase C and homogenize at low speed. Add phase D and homogenize at low speed. Adjust pH to 6.5–7.0 with E. | |
