Procedure | |
Weigh Phase A in the main beaker and mix while homogenizing. Weigh Phase B in side beaker and mix with overhead mixer. Sprinkle Phase C in Phase B and allow to mix. When Phase B dispersion is homogeneous, add to Phase A and homogenize for 10 minutes. Transfer to sweep mixing. Add Phase D slowly to avoid foaming. Adjust pH with Phase E and mix until uniform. | |
