Procedure | |
Part A–Add ingredients to batch and heat to 65-70°C. Part B—In a separate vessel, mix ingredients of Part B and heat to 65-70°C. Mix until uniform. Add Part B to Part A at 65-70°C. Homogenize with Ultra Turrax at 3000 rpm for 3 mins. Start cooling down to 55°C and add Novethix L-10 polymer to batch. Neutralize with sodium hydroxide (18%). Mix until uniform. Continue cooling down to 40°C and add ingredients of Part E successively into the batch. Mix until uniform. | |
