Procedure | |
In separate vessel, add components of phase A separately with mixing while heating to a temperature of 50°C. Mix until uniform and homogeneous. Begin cooling mixture to temperature <35°C. Each in sep. vessel, add components of phase B & phase C separately with mixing. Mix until uniform. When main vessel has cooled to 35°C, add phases B & C to phase A. Mix until uniform. Add phase D to main vessel to adjust pH to 4.80—5.40. Add Phase E to main vessel with gentle agitation. Mix until uniform. | |
