Procedure | |
Charge Phase A into the main kettle. Add ingredients of phase B into the main batch, mixing with the propeller type of mixing at medium/high speed until homogenous, start heating the batch up to 67-70°C. In an auxiliary kettle, premelt ingredients of phase C (heating the batch up to 65-70°C), mix with a propeller at medium speed. Add ingredients of phase C1, resume mixing until uniform, lower the heat down to 63°C. Add ingredients of phase D into the vortex, mixing at medium speed with a propeller until dispersed, maintain the temperature at 60-63°C. Add phases C+C1+D into the main batch (A+B) while mixing at high/medium speed. Switch to the homogenizer and homogenize at 2000rpm for 15-20 minutes. When the batch is emulsified and homogenous switch back to the propeller type mixing and add premixed phase E, continue mixing at medium speed until uniform while cooling the batch down to RT. Add phase F, mix until uniform and homogenous, add phase G. Remove when cooled down to RT. | |
