Procedure | |
Add Phase A to vessel with agitation while heating to 70-75°C. Mix until uniform. With agitation, add Phase B into Phase A. Mix until homogeneous. In a separate vessel, add Phase C with agitation while heating to 70 –75°C. Mix until uniform. With high shear agitation, add Phase C to Phase A/B. Mix until minimum emulsion particle size is reached. Begin cooling batch to 45°C. When batch has cooled to 45°C, add Phase D, individually, with agitation. Mix until uniform. | |
