At the 145th meeting of the Cosmetic Ingredient Review Expert Panel, held Dec. 4-5, 2017, final safety assessments and other news were unveiled. The meeting agenda includes the consideration of 14 ingredient groups advancing in the review process—including eight final reports, three tentative reports and three draft reports.
Also, following up on the panel’s continuing standardization of guidance language documents, the agenda contains three items regarding hair dyes. Here are the findings:
