Procedure | |
Combine Phase A ingredients one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Heat to 80-85°C. Combine Phase B materials and heat to 80-85 °C. Add to Phase A, mix at high speed until emulsion is smooth. Cool to 45 °C or less. stability: 3 months at 45°C, 3 months at room temperature, three freeze/thaw cycles. | |
