Procedure | |
Part A: Disperse Carbopol Ultrez 30 polymer in Deionized Water under agitation and continue mixing until uniform. Add ingredient 3–7 of Part A successively into the batch and mix until uniform between each addition. Neutralize with Sodium Hydroxide (18%) to pH ~5.5. Mix until uniform. Add Merquat 3330PR polymer, Matmarine blue ingredient, and Fensebiome peptide successively into the batch and mix until uniform between each addition. Part D: In a separate vessel, premix Polysorbate 20 and Fragrance and mix until uniform. Add Part D to the batch and mix until uniform. | |
