Procedure | |
Add phase A to the main vessel and start mixing. Combine phase B and disperse into phase A. Heat to 75°C. Add phase C and mix until uniform. In a secondary vessel, begin mixing the liquids of phase D, add the solids and heat to 75°C with continued mixing. Add phase D to phase ABC very slowly while homogenizing. Add phase E and premixed phase F. Cool batch to room temperature. | |
