Procedure | |
Part A: Disperse Avalure Flex-6 polymer into the batch and mix until a translucent homogeneous dispersion is obtained. Add Carbopol Aqua SF-1 OS polymer and ingredient 4–11 of Part A successively into the batch. Mix well between each addition. Part B: In a separate vessel, add Schercemol NGDO ester and Glucate SS. Mix at 55–60°C until complete dissolution. Add Part B to Part A and mix until uniform. Neutralize with sodium hydroxide (18%) to pH ~7. Mix until uniform. Add Brighlette, Lumicease, and fragrance successively into the main vessel and mix until uniform. | |
