tapped Lori Monaco, formerly president of the firm’s fashion footwear, accessories and luxury divisions, as president of its US beauty practice. In her new role, Monaco is responsible for overseeing NPD’s portfolio of U.S. beauty services and product offerings. Monaco has more than 25 years of experience in market research, strategy, consumer insights, and business development spanning numerous industries, including fashion, footwear, beverage, and packaged goods. She has been with NPD since 2003, during which she helped launch the firm’s tracking services for watches and jewelry.
