Procedure | |
Add water into main vessel and add phase A ingredients one by one while mixing and heating to 75-80°C. At 60°C, when phase A is clear, sprinkle in phase B, and mix well until homogeneous. At 70°C, sprinkle in phase C, and mix gently (to avoid foam creation) until powder is dissolved. In a side beaker, heat phase D ingredients (except Antaron/Ganex Sensory polymer) at 75-80°C until powders are dissolved. Then wet Antaron /Ganex Sensory polymer in phase D under stirring. At 75°C add phase D (Antaron /Ganex Sensory polymer stands as a wet powder) into the main vessel while homogenizing. The emulsion should be homogeneous. Begin cooling. At room temperature, premix phase E until clear in a side beaker. At 55°C, add phase E into the main beaker and mix well. At 30°C add phase F and mix well. At 30°C, add phase G and mix well. Stop at 25°C. | |
