Procedure | |
Prepare phase A and heat to 80-85°C. Prepare phase B and heat to 75-80°C. Add phase B to phase A and homogenize for three minutes at 2500 rpm using a suitable dispersion unit. Cool to room temperature under gentle stirring. Add phase C to phase AB and homogenize 3 minutes at 2500 rpm. Adjust pH to 5.0–5.5. | |
