Procedure | |
Charge water into mixing vessel and sprinkle Polyquaternium-10 (B). Mix until clear. With moderate mixing, slowly pour Iselux Ultra Mild (C) into the main vessel. Add Emulsil S-393 (D) to the batch. Mix until clear. Add desired fragrance and preservative. Adjust the pH using citric acid (50% w/w solution) (G). | |
