Procedure | |
| Add phase A to main vessel. Begin medium propeller mixing. Begin heating to 72-74˚C. Mix until uniform. Add phase B ingredients one at a time. Mix until uniform. At 72˚C, add phaase C ingredient. Mix until uniform. Add phase D ingredient. Mix until uniform. Pour samples off at 70-72˚C. | |
