Procedure | |
| Combine oils with pigments and powders in Phase B, heat up to 80°C and blend well. Cool to 70°C. Combine silicones in Phase C, heat up to 80°C, mix well. Cool to 70°C. Add Phase B (oils) to Phase C (silicones) while mixing. Combine ingredients in water phase (Phase A) and mix well. Add Phase A slowly into oil/Si mixture. Add preservative (Phase D) under mixing and mix well. High shear for two minutes. | |
