Today, The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) New Incubation Ventures (NIV) group will award the winners of its Brkthru Voices prize for ground-breaking innovation at In-Cosmetics Global. The prize, which spotlights some of the most exciting companies driving the beauty industry forward, will focus on four key pillars: Clinical Breakthroughs (backing academic institutions and R&D Labs), Product Innovation (championing new textures, formats, and delivery systems), Ingredient Innovation (seeking new technologies and platforms that focus on ingredient sourcing and optimisation) and Active Derm (spotlighting doctors, plastic surgeons, and pharmacists).

Five finalists will be announced in a dedicated prize ceremony at 15:30 CEST in the Formulation Lab 1. The winner will receive a $10,000 grant, access to an NIV mentorship program, as well as use of the NIV Network.
