New Heavy-Wall Bottles with Molded Frost Look

Given the demand for polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles having a high-end, frosted-glass look, Impressions Packaging has added a frosted grade to its PET Glass line of thick-walled PET bottles. The frosted effect is molded in, which eliminates the costs of spray-painting bottles to create this effect. This antique look is offered in frost green, blue and natural shades. PET Glass Frost Effect bottles are made by injection stretch blow molding, using a new masterbatch from Ampacet.
