Tarte’s On ShadeScout

Consumers can find, try on and purchase brand through mobile app.

FaceCake Marketing Technologies, Inc. has inked a partnership with Tarte in which consumers will be able to search for, virtually try on  and purchase Tarte products when using the ShadeScout, FaceCake’s mobile app.
 
“Strong color offerings and a focus on natural ingredients make Tarte a standout brand and a perfect fit for ShadeScout,” said Linda Smith, founder and CEO of FaceCake Marketing Technologies, Inc. “Tarte's classic earth tone shades combined with their new color palettes are an exciting addition for ShadeScout users.”

Launched this spring utilizing FaceCake's visual search technology, ShadeScout and its Virtual Try-On technology, social media share features and built-in purchasing allow users to discover cosmetics from more than 40 brands.
