Nice ‘n Easy Unveils ‘Shift a Shade’ Campaign

Clairol Nice ‘n Easy has tapped Christina Hendricks as its new brand ambassador. Hendricks represents Nice ‘n Easy’s new “Shift a Shade” campaign, which is focused on inspiring women to make a hair shade shift to find their true color.
 
Naturally a dark blonde, as a young girl Hendricks was first inspired to color her hair red by the fictional heroine of LM Montgomery’s books, “Anne of Green Gables,” an iconic redhead. Finally making the leap early in her career, Hendricks colored her hair for an Italian editorial shoot using Clairol, according to the brand, and it’s been her color ever since—through the beginnings of her acting and modelling career to all seven seasons of her hit TV show “Mad Men.”
 
The Shift a Shade advertising campaign will begin airing this month.
