Recap: NYSCC Suppliers’ Day 2026

Ingredient Maverick and Indie award winners, plus photos from across the show floor.

At 4pm on May 20, the New York Society of Cosmetic Chemists closed out its two-day flagship Suppliers’ Day event in the Javits Center on New York City’s West Side. This year’s show featured the largest floor space in the event’s history, two standing-room-only keynote addresses headlined by Supergoop and L’Oréal, extensive education sessions and networking and career-building opportunities.

In addition, honors were presented for innovation in ingredients and indie brand development.

Indie 360° Winner

Part of NYSCC Suppliers’ Day, the Indie 360° pavilion is dedicated to spotlighting new-to-market indie beauty brands with novel ingredients, formulations and concepts. It is hosted and curated in partnership with Access Beauty Insiders, led by industry veteran Daniela Ciocan. The winner of the 2026 People’s Choice Award was Innersoul.

Ingredient Maverick Award Winners

Also unveiled at the close of the show were NYSCC’s Ingredient Maverick Award winners. These suppliers were selected by cosmetic formulator influencers Victoria Fu, Ginger King, Manessa Lormejuste and Ramon Pagan.
