The Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) Innovators is celebrating 30 women making significant contributions to the science of beauty.
These female beauty innovators are driving advancements in ingredients, sustainability, packaging, technology and formulas that elevate industry standards.
The nomination deadline is July 23, 2026.
Nominees should be women working in the beauty of science industry, including product development, R&D, packaging or chemist at a supplier or multi-national company. The nominee should demonstrate excellence in one or more of the following: Formulation & Cosmetic Chemistry; Ingredient Innovation; Natural & Sustainable Formulation; Product Development & R&D; and Emerging Innovator.
Honorees will be featured in an exclusive report launching Nov. 18 and accessible to CEW members. The innovators will also be celebrated at a private cocktail reception, followed by a virtual event after the report’s release.
